Local transport ticket

We will provide you with a ticket for public transport for the entire duration of your training to make it easy for you to attend vocational school and work in our company.

If you don't want to travel exclusively by bus and train, you can also participate in the Jobrad (company bicycle) programme through us during your training.

Your training may be over, but your journey with Bobotex can continue. Once you have successfully completed your training, we will be happy to employ you and work together on your future and ours.

What to expect during your training

As a plastics and rubber technologist specialising in semi-finished products, you will process polymers and other additives into semi-finished products for further processing on our machines. You are responsible for the basis of our products and ensure their quality from the outset.

  • Learn the basic skills of plastics and rubber processing (calendering, extruding, foaming and coating).

  • Process polymers, additives and auxiliary materials into semi-finished products for further processing.

  • Plan workflows, create mixtures based on formulas, set processing parameters (temperature, time, pressure, etc.) and monitor the manufacturing process.

  • Connect control systems, operate control, regulation and measuring devices and process control systems, and maintain production facilities.

  • Learn about quality assurance and finishing for our products (e.g. through tempering or painting).
